What was the task?

• Skinners Pet Foods website was out of date, un-editable by the admin user and uninspiring to the customer. More interaction with their customers, as well as an informative and easy to navigate website was required

What was the solution?

• After conducting competitor and market analysis we established a strong wireframe and user interface for the new website
• Our designs stayed true to the Skinners tradition and heritage but brought the brand up to date with social media interaction through a dog owners gallery
• Our powerful and easy to use content management system was attached to the website, enabling Skinners themselves to have complete control and update when required

What were the results?

• After the first month we had increased traffic levels to the Skinners website by more than 50%
• A database was established through signups to the newsletter, with increased subscriptions since the new website launched
• The dog tales gallery feature became one of the most popular pages of the website, attracting thousands of visitors each month
