Countryside and L&Q are some of the largest housebuilders in the UK and have earnt a reputation for design and sustainability excellence. We have worked with both developers for many years and were delighted to be appointed as the agency to create the branding for the new Beaulieu development.
Alongside creating the branding concepts, we were tasked with creating everything from launch material to magazine advertising, brochure creation and external signage.
Through in-depth research into the proposed Beaulieu development we began creating the ‘Beaulieu brand,’ we wanted a concept that reflected the vibrant new community. Once the branding was approved, we then began work on host brochure for the development.
Countryside were so impressed by our designs, we have subsequently been tasked with creating the branding concepts for its 3 current phases, Beaulieu Heath, Chase and Square. We have also created a variety of marketing material for each phase such as press ads, leaflets, bags and web banner ads, ensuring all designs complied with the newly created guidelines.
We are currently working on the design and branding concepts for the latest phase at Beaulieu, which is due for release in the coming months.
