Creative agency constructs national marketing campaign for UK’s largest housebuilder
Leading creative agency Focus Integrated Marketing Communications recently developed a national marketing campaign for one of the UK’s largest house builders. The ‘Get A Move On’ campaign for Taylor Wimpey was rolled out at the beginning of May and can now be seen in national newspapers, magazines and at development sites across the country. This is the latest creative campaign designed and implemented by Focus Integrated Marketing Communications, which has been working with Taylor Wimpey since 2002.
Taylor Wimpey sees the ‘Get A Move On’ campaign as a vital element in its 2011 marketing and sales plans. It encompasses advertising, radio scripts, direct mail, point of sale and digital marketing elements. In addition, Focus Integrated Marketing Communications has produced generic templates incorporating editable artwork to ensure individual developments can quickly and easily create their own bespoke marketing collateral.
James Mercer, Managing Director at Focus Integrated Marketing Communications, said: “We are extremely proud of our latest campaign for Taylor Wimpey. The feedback from individual developments has been excellent, with many of them already reporting good results since it began last month.
“We enjoy a close working relationship with Taylor Wimpey and have developed a deep understanding of their business. This gives us the ability to develop creative marketing campaigns which are aligned to their brand values and deliver a return on investment.”
Focus Integrated Marketing Communications has extensive experience and expertise in the property sector, having also provided creative marketing solutions for Countryside Properties and Christie + Co.
