Job context

This role reports directly to a designated Account Manager and the purpose of the post is to support the Account Manager in ensuring client projects are delivered on time and to budget. Provide a high quality service to designated clients on a daily basis ensuring all their queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

Job responsibilities

  • To ensure the clients advertising campaigns, both offline and online are managed on a daily basis.
  • Manage marketing schedules for designated clients on a daily basis.
  • Communicating the client’s needs to the creative team, through discussions with the client, Account Manager and any appropriate research, providing a written brief with resources, if required, into the studio.
  • Briefing jobs throughout each stage of a project, processing amends and arranging for artworking/development to be carried out accordingly using co-efficient.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure work for clients is completed on time and to budget.
  • Respond to all client requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • In conjunction with the Account Manager, build effective relationships with the clients.
  • Take direction from the Account Manager and regularly report campaign success, analysis and results both to the Account Manager and to clients.
  • Manage all invoicing for designated clients.
  • Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Account Manager.

Job context

To act as the key interface between the client and Focus Integrated on assigned accounts to ascertain the clients’ needs and ensure their projects are delivered within set timescales and to budget. To develop a one to one relationship with the clients and provide total client support and service.

Job responsibilities

  • To liaise with assigned clients to create a project brief and understand their requirements.
  • Liaise closely with the creative and development teams in order to produce the projects for the clients which meet the deadlines and budgets set.
  • Communicating your clients’ needs to the creative team, through discussions with the client, Account Director and any appropriate research, providing a written brief with resources, if required, into the studio.
  • Working closely with the Account Executive to brief jobs into the studio throughout each stage of a project, ensuring that a job is always managed and processed in the correct way.
  • Daily management of your jobs in the studio alongside your Account Executive. Take a lead in project management activity, ensuring that the planner is adhered to and deadlines met.
  • Ensure that Synergist is used at all times so every project has a correct job number, estimate, purchase order and invoice etc.
  • Responding pro-actively to all client requirements.
  • Provide quotes for clients on all work and manage invoicing.
  • To create a close working relationship with assigned clients, including attending client meetings.
  • Proactively pursue additional work from assigned clients.
  • Delegate work as appropriate to the Account Executive assigned to the accounts.
  • Manage the Account Executive effectively to ensure they are achieving their targets and are motivated in their role.
  • Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Account Director.

Job context

The purpose of this role is primarily to scope and build medium to large scale web and digital projects using modern PHP frameworks, libraries and tools at a high standard. Producing high quality code as part of a team or individually. Other duties include assisting the Head of Development where necessary and providing advice and support to other members of the team.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the Development team in the build of web projects and applications.
  • Front-end development across multiple devices, browsers and operating systems.
  • Liaise with Junior/Test Developers on bugs and issues.
  • Assist Client Services to scope existing client projects.
  • Help plan and timescale future projects as well as contribute with ideas for future client projects.
  • Keep up to date with web development, design trends and technologies.
  • Advise and support junior members of the team.
  • Assist Head of Development with various tasks where necessary.
  • Any other adhoc duties delegated by the Head of Development.

Qualifications

Experience

3 years commercial experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript and MySQL.

Working knowledge of modern PHP frameworks, libraries, tools and coding standards including Laravel and WordPress.

Personal Qualities

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work alone or in a team.

Ability to manage own time and keep to deadlines.

Have a passion for web development and learning new skills.
